TEAM SOREX MEDIUM COMPOUND TYPE "A B C" INSERT
the differace between the 3 type of insert is that
A is thicker than B insert.
B is thinner than A insert.
C is thinner than B insert.
So
A: Thicker (less air gap between insert and rubber)
B: Thinner (more air gap between insert and rubber)
C: Thinnest (most air gap between insert and rubber)

B and C are my choice of insert.

So inserts are like air pressure in a real tire?

What advantages does each type of inserts have?

I believe with more air gap, your tires will not overheat so easily.
Heard from some racers C medium insert is not bad.
A, B or C is the thinkness.
Medium or firm is the Hardess.

Just my 2 cents
:D :D
