Bro first you need to check if your esc is able to power up a 19t motor. Secondly you need to ensure that you do not over gear your motor 6.0 final gear ratio is safe enough. To change your gear ratio, you will need to change your pinion gear and maybe your spur gear as well.

it'll depend on which ESC u're using. if u're using the Tamiya TEU-101BK esc, please do not use this motor as it'll cut off(thermal shut-down) in less than 3 minutes of use.

if u're using a Futaba MC330CR and above, then its not a big problem. but 1 thing, i'll recommend 24(pinion)/58(spur) for your gearing. u'll get the torque u need for drifting.

Try googling for final drive ratio and how it works. It'll help alot in the future when you progress to different chassis.

lower pinion teeth to get more torque, lower spur teeth to get more speed and vice versa.
