Turf City Off Road Workshop And Practise race 15th Nov 2009 ( BY Mr Organiser )
Off Road Nitro / EP, Buggy / Truggy, Workshop And Practise Race.
Hoping to make it a monthly event or at least 2 months once event.
format will be the about the same as per our monthly club race. As usual we will have our transponder system. Of course we will have our one and only Eddie, and also the track owner, Ah Leng and also tentage will be erected. Marshalling duty is compulsory.
This event will be held 1-2 week before or after the monthly club race. There will be 2 sessions for this event, morning and afternoon. 2 heats and mains for each session, meaning everyone gets to run 4 heats and 2 finals. We need min 20 participants to kick off this event. Duration of heats and mains to be finalised in the later stage. No trophy will be presented, timing of the practise results will be posted on line for your easy reference.
Event will be posted online for registration, once he/she registered himself/herself for the event, no withdrawal is allowed after the cut out date, unless valid reason is provided. The estimated cost for the full day run will be $1,200.00, this cost will be shared among all the drivers. The organiser reserves the right to close the registration and reject any further entry once the min head counts are met. Practise fee will be collected days prior the event. List of participants who have paid the track fee will be reflected on line, so as to show transparency and encourage early payment. No refunding will be exercised, regardless of eleventh hour withdrawal or any unforeseen weather.

I am trying to get my guys to come in but like wat I posted at TCSS many of them are either travelling( year end) or can't race 3 sun in a month.
There will be a 29th nov race for gp n Ep. So it's abit tough this month. Can try nxt month?
