Regarding the mentioned;though Chee Hui should not deleted his name just like that... But he did gave the reason to the track owner for not being able to take part.
Organizer, in the future, you should check properly before you fire...
In fact, you should not.
As we must not forget, he will be one of the participant; who will pay for the Practise Race, and to make the race happened, if it works.
It would be wise to refrain yourself to give lecture to the participant.
Try to learn something about everything and everything about something...
