Where to break in engine?

I'm at Pasir Ris, gonna get new engine. Where got remote place such that will not disturb others when going on full throttle? And also some tips on breaking in new engines?

but in Singapore where is most suitable? I'm not really caring about far or not.

you can try break in at tuas but its super far for you la

..... no body will disturb you or you disturb others..... here the video n pic of tuas
