Default Lipo for tx batt?

Sorry wrong title.i mean RX batt.

Hi there, like to check if i can use a small lipo as my RX batt, will it burn my RX and servo.( servo- futaba 3003 and towerpro mg 995) This is the spec

-2s 7.4v/900m 15c

I believe you will need a voltage regulator to bring it down to 6v or else your will damage your rx.

most likely servos being damaged rather than rx if no regulator.

Not sure what will give way, but I'm sure something will
So I guess you will end up fried servos.
