Hi,

The parts always have some free play, so it's impossible to be totally well aligned. Have to give and take few degrees. Jus like my TT01.

The servo also not totally perfect. Even digital ones have very little misalignment too..

The transmitter u are using check the EXP and EPA. Make sure the EXP is +ve and EPA is high value.

Ah alright. Sounds good I've tested it out now on an open carpark and it works really great too awesome to explain

My transmitter is a stock and basic. Doesn't have EXP/EPA. I'll just use this for now till I advance a bit more than I will look into getting a cheap transmitter with LCD + other functions.

Hi guys, newbie here. I'm thinking of starting rc drifting, and would like to know what chassis, motor, etc. etc. would be good for a beginner with a small budget (Isit possible to get a fully operational car under $200 brand new or second hand?). and roughly how much would it cost to maintain per year?

Also, can anyone advice on a Tamiya Ta01? I saw one on ebay and might get it.
Link: tinyurl-com/tamiya01 (ps, i cant post links yet, but can you repace the - with a ' . ' )

Thanks guys

Thanks!

Default Problem with my quadcopter

Hi all, i just got my quadcopter from h t t p : // shop.rotor.com.sg/show-detail.asp?prodid={77AA67C2-D879-40F8-B8B9-F5E4110DF887}&pn=1#.UZj2WkrTT7E

I have problem calibrating the yaw, pitch and roll therefore, whenever i try to take off, the whole thing will just flip.

Here is the manual:
h t t p s : / / docs.google.com/file/d/0B_JCA3Yx_nFtQkxNdEpoR2R5V3M/edit?pli=1

Can someone help me to translate into a more understandable english?

Many thanks.

Hi there, im a newbie here. Never own r/c before but will be getting Hobao Hyper 10SC EP soon (got a thing for SCT) and i have some question for you experts out there.

1) What kind of tools do i need for this r/c for minor repairs or even changing tyres? Hex, flats, philips & torx size? Standard or Metric?
2) What LiPO would you guys recommend? 2S, 3S or....?
3) Notable upgrades to have for this SCT?

Sorry for the bunch of question. Is there any other stuff that i have to look out for for this SCT. Hope you guys out there can help me out. Any hope to try out at Segar Track when i get hold of it.

Thanks in advace. Cheers. O,o

Hi All! I am looking at starting RC drifting. What will be a good kit to start with? Preferably not too high cost and unassembled as I will like to get to learn about the kit and also to upgrade progressively. Thanks!

Hi Guys,

I just joined this forum as I wanted to go into electric RC car hobby. Can you guys please advise me on my queries below?

1. I'm thinking of getting a Ready-To-Run ("RTR") 1/10 electric car. Currently, the 2 cars I have in mind are (a) Kyosho EP Fazer and (b) Tamiya Expert Built Sport(XB Sport). Both cars are 2.4Ghz and assuming both are about the same price (without battery and charger), what one would you recommend and why?

2. Should I buy a lithium poly battery and charger (much more expensive than a Nickel one)? What battery brand and its charger would you recommend?

3. If I were to upgrade my engine to brushless, what is the brand and model would you recommend and roughly what much will it be?

4. Do you guys buy parts from hobbypartz.com? Is it cheaper to order from them and are they reliable?

Thank you for reading and I look forward to your replies. :-)
