When your engine starts to gain more power; due to piston and sleeve broken in, you can lean down a little bit by bit to achieve peak performance.

Fluctuates as in factory settings...? It's either the LSN set too rich.

A good quality after-run oil will do; they'll not deteriorate the putty.
Those putty is solvent and chemical proof.

Some don't even put as their nitro used contained enough mixture of castor oil; just make sure you burn it completely to prevent any gumming inside the engine due to unburnt fuel.

- Run it dry, and try to crank start it WITH the glow heater (no nitro in the fuel tank!) the engine will seems want to start or started for a few seconds, do this a few times and any fuel left in the fuel line and inside the engine will be burnt completely.

- Do not crank too many times, as that'll burnt the castor oil as well; which you want it to remained in the engine for rust prevention.

I actually have played this before and raced before but it's been a while. Trying to get back into the hobby now. I got an on road 1/10 gp car and just set everything up and realized I forgot quite a bit. I'm sorta running it in now. But the chassis seems to be heating up quite a bit. I looked at it, and I tried to push the car forward. It's free wheeling. But when I pulled it back, it sorts of jam up and locks up completely. Did I fix something wrong? I'm running a front one way if that matters, with a two speed gear box.

Further to the above, I must add that I bought the engine used. I am not sure if the needle settings have changed from factory settings but it's not that easy to start. I am thinking I should revert to factory settings but have no idea what they are. A quick check on the internet and google didn't turn up factory results, just some recommended user settings. Any idea? It's an OS TZ-12 5 port turbo.

The manual states that as long as the metering needle and LSN is flushed with the carb body, it should be fine... but I'm just not sure if I am accurate in determining that it's flushed.

Default Brushless motor!

Hi all,
can anyone teach me
1) how to calculate how many T is the motor?
Ex : 4300KV = how many T.

2) does brushless motor 5.5T = brush motor 5.5T?

hope someone can enlighten me.

thanks.
