i have this charger but do not have a scanner to scan the manual.
charging modes:
select NI for nimh/nicad and LI for lithium batteries-IMPORTANT select by pressing the red 'mode' button first before connecting the battery. then select what mode u wanna charge.

for lithium batts, it can only charge 2 to 3 cells

Mode-
1. upon connecting batt to charger(without pressing any button)= slow charging

2. push mode button once(one beep sound)=fast charging(red light flashing fast) then it'll go to slow charging mode once the voltage is topped up.

3. push mode button 2 times=discharge>2min slow charging>fast charging>slow charging

4. push mode buttton 3 times= discharging>slow charging

5. push mode button 4 times= discharging>2 min slow charging>fast charging for 3 cycles then slow charging

to stop press mode button once during any of the above process and it'll go to slow charging mode.
