heard that hobby bug selling this but no chance to go down to ask ben. anyone ever seen this at his shop?

Ben (Hobby Bug) have this bag, bought one a few weeks ago. Retails is $145. Try calling him to see if they have stock (62220725). They are open after lunch.

Why not try the RB buggy bag at Sam's?

Its about $120 to $140 also.

Looked quite big to me.

The RB bag, I have to say looks better but it only has cardboard trays as opposed to the plastic type boxes in the 3R one. However, the boxes can always be changed. If I am not wrong the RB will also fit 1/8 well.

Anyone have experience with 1/8 for the 3R? I have only used for 1/10 onroad.

how does this bag looks like? i will like to store 2 1/10 car. can?

The 3R has 3 shelves. 2 of them have boxes that fit 1/10 cars each with shell. No probs

There are also two drawers half the size of the larger boxes for stuff. You can change this to one big box so that you can fit 3 cars. There is a compartment on top for tools aswell.

The boxes are like plastic cardboard. Quite durable. Can buy spares for them also.

It is a bit shorter so the shelves are lower, but the bag is broader in that the width of a 1/8 shell will fit in no problem. WIth the 3R you cannot fit in a 1/8 shell.

Also, the 3R opens from the large side of the bag, ie the side of the bag that you see on the photo. The RB isopened from the small die so you have to roll in you car.

It is best you go down and see
