Wink Mini MT

Hello

Made this mini MT just for fun out of a radio can car.

Good to look at only, no torque for steering and no pickup due wrong gear ratio.

Don't know if any manufacturer will spearhead the mini MT?

Anyone tried the Kyosho Overlander yet? Any feedbacks?

Yeah, I got one myself. Read from RCCA or something, a yellow F350 is mine.
Change my 'spring' steering to micro servo, micro RX, plus ESC somemore. If you got an expendable Mini Z, maybe don't have to go thru so much hassle.
The motor was later change also to X speed. 6cells powered. The speed was fantastic considering its size, but failed to do wheelie...
Motor gets warm after 5 mins o so and eventhough it's a 'Micro MT' I dare not do stunts, the servo just can't take it (no saver).
Too bad it's 2WD otherwise...
Well, good enough to drive around my keyboard n mouse.
Nuts isn't it?

Yours is just "tincan" car with Tamiya mini-Bigfoot tyres, right?

Kyosho Overlander is good, it runs very well on rougher ground.
It is more versatile than a std MiniZ.
However it is only 2WD though.

Now also got "Wild Char-G" cars from Tomy.

Someone on eBay ("Hi-IQ" I think) has built a 4WD mini car using a Mini-X chassis and bigger wheels, using Tamiya mini-Bigfoot body too. Looks very cute.
