Found how to post an avatar but it say that they are too big 80x80. How do I make them smaller.

when I resize it, it doesn't become animated. Becomes a still gif instead.

Go into your userbox and under edit options scroll down to the bottom of the page to the avatar box.. From there you can upload your gif as long as it's not bigger than 80 X 80 pixels.
