What car is this? TG10R? What servo brand are you using? Digital or Analog?

2143 servo on the throttle is overkill ! You have too much money !

If the throttle linkage is not set correctly, you can burn them out very easily. Perhaps your throttle servo is very near the engine which causes unwanted vibration... Do you mount rubber gromets unber the servo ears when you install them on the car? What car is this? These rubber gromets can isolate most of the unwanted vibration which can kill the servo easily.

- insulate against vibration from chassis - use rubber grommets from servos
- check your max throttle "throw" or end-points - ATV - are you pushing/pulling ur carb beyond what it can move?
- does your throttle buzz/vibrate when at neutral & max turn?

Agreed. These are good suggestions and steps to check and ensure that the throttle servo will work correctly.

I suspect that the throttle servo is subjected to a lot of vibration from the engine...

Oh yes... That's a good one you pointed out. Strains the servo.

Also, when you use the rubber grommets as vibration absorbers, do not overtighten the screws. This will negate any damping effect from the grommets.

Hope you don't burn any more Ko2143's

This is also an excellent suggestion. That is why I use cable ties to secure the throttle servo of my car...

I only blew my throttle servo because I left the Rx on while my Tx was off. The fail safe kicked in and strained and burned the 2144 !!
