Saw a pic of Frank Calandra's car close-up, and his batteries were rated at 1.244V and over 500 seconds(that number was covered by the straps, only saw the first 05) Sure, they're only at 30A, but still.. how high can these cells go when it comes to the top racers?

Thats why there isnt numbers on their labels, it stops arguments between teammates but everyone knows rheinard got the best cells in Florida.

Anyone recall the Orion/REEDY batteries from around 1996? Matched by Orion for REEDY, great stuff!

PS: Check this link http://www.rctouring.nl/WK_2006.htm
It looks like on car 2 is not only the AE suspension but it looks like an AE t-bar as well. Look at the front pivot socket for the t-bar and it looks like the AE style not the normal Corally o-ring setup. Being the car hasn't been released yet is there any word of Corally producing the chassis with the AE suspension???

I guess the more impressive car though is Jon Orr's being that you can buy everything that is on it and have been able to for sometime now.

With 12th scale the more they change the more they end up looking like a 12L.

Actually no one got the best cells in Florida. The box that had those packs was not used and Oscar took those back to Switzerland unused. I know as I helped him pack...
