You used connectors? I always hardwired. It is pretty cool.

i thought that gizmo was kind of neat, because i use the micro deans plugs for my receiver packs... they are WAY more secure than the plugs that come on receiver packs and switch harnesses. the only downside is that you have to wire everything up (charger, etc.) and if you have to all of a sudden replace a pack or a switch or both like i did at state, it's a pain in the ass.

That's a good point. If you get the switches with the charge lead you could always zap it with another charger if you needed to.

I was thinking about a real car's stereo wire harness. As kids installed connectors to the back of the head unit we always put a piece of heat shrink over the plastic connector to prevent it from pulling apart under vibration. I was actually looking for a similar solution for my receiver.

Dean's work!

so this is what it looked like Saturday night...but the puddles in the pit area was great for skimming upside down on road metal corner dots...

& the last pic is what some racers look like when they love the track...

Gambler, I would wait for the final call from Keoni once he gets to the shop today. Aaron Cox really helped out Sunday by pumping the remaining large puddles off the track and it has had 2 days worth of sun since bloke took those pics, there is still a chance we could be racing as long as the current weather holds off.

SRS Track update-

We got the track tilled and packed last night. We also did a track layout change. We got a little rain this morning but the track was not effected. We are going to race tonight if weather permits.....no rain....no rain...
