Default Motor Rebuild Service

Hey Dave! You talked me into just getting a new P2K instead of sending my old can in with a new armature. I was loading up my cart and I noticed that the rebuild service says minimum of 2 motors. I only had the CO27 to send in though. I cut the comm on my P2K2 every 2 runs and my V2 only has 8 runs on it so I don't want to waste your time rebuilding motors that are still in good shape. Is that minimum of 2 motors for everyone or can Team drivers just send in 1 at a time? I suppose since I was wanting another P2K2 and you're currently out of them, I could get one from my LHS and send that to you too. Thanks again for the sponsorship!!

I got one as a door prize but for the layout of our indoor track is a perfect match for the P2K2. The outdoor season starts the first weekend of May as long as the weather stays decent. Between that track and the one that's hosting Regionals, it should get a lot of action.

Default 4 Cell advice

Hey guys,

Any tips for springs, brushes to run with in 4cell sedan (FK04)?

Track is 80 x 40 and laid out very technical at the moment. Any recommendations for a roll out?

I've been looking for a tuner and got mixed results with other tuners. Your team driver up here offered to lend me a motor for the weekend race. Best advertising around, because if I do well, I will be calling.

Stock - CO27

Further to my previous post, Jonathan from Gatineau (axiom team member/driver) has indicated that he would lend me a motor for the weekend.

This gentlemen is very helpfull at our track to all drivers. He is considered the "motor" guy at our club. Although I am biased, I think you made a great decision awarding him sponsorship.

Keep up the good work.

CaliberX - yes I thought he was a good choice, plus he is real honest :-) cause I accidently sent him 2 of the same order and he was honest bout it and paid me - hard to find those type of people now a days. Have him loan you a motor that I sent and see what you think...

Thanks Guys

So Dave,

What do you thing about motor springs for this situation? Usually we run softer spring for 1/12... But 4 cell sedan... We may need the tenstion because of the sedan drivetrain right? Should we go in between like Green and red?

Caliberx, as for gearing, the rpm seem similar to the monster so I thing you should start with same kind of rollout.

Start with Green/Green... If you need a little more snap and top end put a red on the +
