Get the one you understand better.

Nitro:
+lighter
+better handleing
+easier diff and suspension setup
+more challenging, more rewarding
+nice long races
-engines are around $300 for something reliable. (ex.OS21xzb 2090 P3)
-more challenging, steeper learning curve.
-slightly more expensive to run
-fire and stuff
-need to beg and sell your girlfriend at the track just to get a decnt pit guy at the more unfreindly race tracks.

Electric:
+more horsepower
+easier
+less noise
+cheaper to run
+no need for pit guy
-heavier
-harder to tune suspension and diffs due to all the extra fat
-ESC's like to go on strike. Usually the LED will flash morse code for "Strike! Strike! Strike!". ESC's with lower than normal self esteem will just commit a firey suicide instead.
-have to be careful to keep TAG body spray off the ESC fan.
-Large lipo batteries don't like falling down a flight of stairs.
-lame short races
-eat tires

What's your favorite movie?

If you like it with the sound on, nitro. If you like it on mute, electric.

I strongly agree! I couldn't stand listening to electrics.

It should work, but the speed may be lacking a bit. Also I'm not sure about Savox brushed servos, I usually see the coreless ones used. If you want a quality servo, I suggest using a BLS352 or 351. You should buy the servo used as they run at various prices ranging from $70-100. It may be a bit expensive compared to the Savox, but I've used Futaba from cars to helicopters and they have yet to fail me once AND they are not power hungry.

I'v found that they react really well with AXE body spray and generally drop temps a good 200-300 degrees*. What happens with TAG?
