Haha good. Since I DO live in Vancouver, I guess this is the only off-road track in the greater Vancouver region so I'll go there to learn to race I guess.

I will be there sunday with Colin, Vince and Bukchoi. There's a good chance some of the board members will be there with the electrical generator so we can charge our Lipo's. We mostly run 1/8 buggy and truggy both nitro and electric. I also have a 1/10 T4 that I run.

No indoor off-road tracks in Greater Vancouver, There are 2 smaller 1/10 scale or smaller electric only outdoor off-road tracks. You can find them on the RCPITSTOP website

We will be there tomorow instead of sunday. John will be there so we have 120ac power for our chargers. Be there around noon. Sunday we will be at RRR onroad. No regulars I know of running a serpent off-road. There's a group of guys running serpent on-road at RRR.

Also, I'm not a member yet. I read the rules about joining is only available on race days. This coming Sunday is a race day. I would like to know if membership starts on the day of my registration or is does my membership end at the end of the year?

I believe the memberships are good for this year, so if you bought one now, it would expire at the end of 2012. But you can race without being a member.

Nope, it's $5 less per class if you are a member. But there aren't many races left in the season so it'll most like be cheaper to pay the extra $5 and wait till next season to buy a membership.
