I wouldn't say that are that cheap at all. Their price is alittle more than my LHS.

Be sure you are converting their prices to U.S. dollars. You can get a whole package including an Impulse, starter box, glow igniter and some other stuff for like 460.00 U.S. dollars. That is very cheap.

Also, some guys that post on the HPI board have bought stuff from them and have left good feedback. They have not had any problems at all.

Actually it is $431 US bucks for a Serpent Impulse rolling chassis set with SX-12 engine and tuned pipe and 2 speed gear box. Plus starter set containing electric start box, glow plug driver and body.

That a pretty sweet price for all that stuff. But most of the other stuff is way over priced. I converted the euro to US with http://www.xe.net/ucc/ I suggest you guys check out the 1/5 scale cars there cheap as chips compared to US prices. Also they have the mini-z for $130 US.

P.S. This really should be in the website forum.

Actually I'm not sure this belongs in the Web Links forum. I don't think we have any protocol as far as dealer experiences or critiques. It's not exactly an advertisement so... I let it sit in Electric. Maybe we need a dealer critiques forum?
