Default Ceramic Ball Bearings?

Should you clean out & lube ceramic ball bearings the same as normal ones?

or you different cleaning spray / lube?

Clean them out and lube them with light machine oil. If you're gonnna drop the coin for the ceramics, you may as well get the performance out of them...

I clean mine with orange juice and lube them with peanut butter.

i just run them and they free up in time,
i only run them on carpet,
i never clean them dont seem to have to.

Just don't use Peter Pan peanut butter . You might have to substitute it for Jelly

so normal bearing oil is fine then, it is safe on the ceramic?

i race 540 & stock so i am chassing the lowest rolling resistance posible , so keeping the greese in them is out of the ?

I usually clean out the bearing grease with a can of degreaser then I run them dry. I also race 540 so all the speed you can find helps a lot. They don't last very long, but they sure are fast. If I want the bearings to last longer I use Speed Bearing Lube or Triflow. The Speed bearing lube is the type they use for inline speed skating.

i have them in my rdx that i race asaphalt with i clean them after every race weekend and oil them with epics teflon lite oil works great and car is super quiet...and free

Just off topic, does anyone have any online stores which sell sets of ceramic bearings. I'd like to try a set in my TA05

I got some from R/C FOR LESS at the birds for my 1/12 scale and they seem great.
