I agree 100%.
I tried a Collari, and I don't wanna talk about it.
A couple of guys at our track jumped on the very expensive Pixi bandwagon.
One of them is using the Pixi head on an STS engine now, nuff said.
BTW, you guys need to check those STS engines out.
They run awesome and hang with the MT12's for $125.
I have one of their 15's for my Impact and the sucker rocks.

The Pixi is no good? What I'm hearing is otherwise. Same goes for the Sirio.

we have one guys running the STS12, which seems to be on par with a stock MT12.
Two other guys are running the STS RS12 which much more modified (nicely done) than their pictures show on their website, and these RS12 hang with the fastest engines at our track (Sugar Bowl)

The STS motor is cheap power. I just bought one and opened it up. Quite impressed with the internal work for the price. Was told it runs a lot better on 30-40% nitro.

I've seen their adds and the engines don't look half bad, but I've never known anyone that had one. I agree that for the price someone should try them out. Maybe an experiment for next season (STS modified & 40%, Ya-HOO!). Does anyone have a Worlds schedule? I went to the tracks website, but when you click on the schedule nothing comes up.?

spoke to darren while buying some fuel. they've got the serpent (darren's) and the trinity reflex. they will decide what to race there. and stewart has got the sirio engines so they might give those engines a go. (just guessing with the engines though).

Worlds practice
I got to spend 4 hours in the pits with Team Associated today. Nicest bunch of guys you'll ever meet. Also got to talk with Matt Francis & Josh Cyrl at the Trinity table, also two nice guys. I saw one of the Serpent 705's in action, looks fast. It still amazes me every time I see one of the fast guys using a stick controller. I'm trying to line up my work schedule so that I can catch the finals next Saturday, but a wedding reception way nix it. Still had alot of fun today. Go Associated!
P.S. For all you Serpent guys, the guy in the photo between Travis & Barry was the one driving the 705.
