Losi 454
Hey guys,
Is there a .21 nitro engine that would be equal in power to the Losi 454? I'd like longer runtimes and something a little easier to tune. What are your thoughts?

Any race mill will stomp the 454.
I have a OS21 Xzb & 2090. Easiest to tune, hasn't matured to full performance yet (1.5gallons only) Mugen Jx21 bo2 is similar and more powerful.
7 port Fusion should have some rip.

a 454 is a pretty potent engine...( if tuned and setup correctly)...so not just any stock .21 is going to have more power..... most will have substantially less............. they will run crisper and tune nicer..but wont have the pop that 454 has..........
If your after the pop of the 28, but the runtime of a .21, I can suggest my Clocked P5XLT.....it will be faster/stronger then any stock .21, and get better mileage then most of them too.......

Maximo how much different is the 5PXLT from the Bonito? Could I put Bonito parts in the P5XLT in the future, or make it run close to the same?

they are totally different engines that do not interchange the piston/sleeve...they have very different bore/stroke.......and my P5 does run very close tot he Bonito already......it is extremely fast engine...
