Ryan. I'm running the Ninja .21 with the Ninja pipe too. What will the difference in power band be if I put the JP3 pipe on it? I know the JP3 is supposed to be the best of both worlds, bottom end and top end. But how does it compare to the Ninja pipe?

Yeah I really like those style throttle/brake kits, Sportwerks makes one that looks exactly like the Dynamite, you can pick those up for around $8-10. PM me you email and I can send you a good MBX5 setup, it may be tomorrow I'm off to bed!

Jon -I'd leave the Ninja pipe on the Ninja motor unless your needing to calm the buggy down for indoor racing, I run this setup and it rips!! As for the JP-3 yes it gives good smooth all around power, but just not the rip of the Ninja pipe.

Performance wise the Ninja pipe with long header rocks. Durability is another story.

What bearings do you guys recommend?

Has anyone got experiance with Acer Bearings? What kind of maintenance do they require? Ultrasonic clean and then bearing lube? Can their seals be removed?

Has anyone run the fiberglass brake disks or the carbon fiber brake pads? I'm using the stock blue pads and steel disks and was just wondering what the different feel will be.

Stamko- check out {www.avidrc.com} Jon- i run the Avid Indo,give them about one lap{to put heat in the disk} and they will stop exactly where you wanted too.Both products are good.More info on there site.

I used to run the Cradock brake discs on my MBX5, but now I use the TTR "option" brake discs on my my Mugens.

just the metal plate/caliper, The TTR disks are fiber, but they have an aluminum frame/heatsink, when you see them you'll know what I'm talking about. They are trick.

What would the difference between the Ninja and the JP3 be? The ninja pipe is a 3 chamber pipe also. I just got a new ninja and was thinking of ditching the JP3 for a ninja, but I dont like the ninja not being hardcoated or a re-enforced stinger. I mean if they are both 3 chamber pipes, there shouldnt be that much difference should there?
