When I flew down from NY to the Winternats, the only thing I didn't take with me was fuel. Just make sure you use de-natured alcohol and clean up your stuff. I've travelled more than once with all my stuff and never had a problem. If you do have any doubts though, then u can always ship your oils and so forth to the hotel you'll be staying at.

All my stuff is clean besides a few used pipes. I'll just leave them home and ship my other fluids.

Thanks!

Did you try the hotels we had deals with?

This is why we've been telling everyone to hurry up and sign up for months.

Some of us non-sponsored drivers work real jobs and have families to support; and planning months in advance is not always an option....... waiting for vacation approval, childcare, $$, flights, rental cars, hotels, etc.....

I'm doing my best to make this event to support the hobby and have some fun!! It's gonna cost me $1K just to get through the gate already. I'm scrambling- this was not in my planning till last week... it was only in my dream list till then The WinterNats took a big toll just last month

I'm making calls

What's my best option.... Everglades or Greenstone? The Holiday Inn drive is too far.

Not sure if this helps, but there is a Miccosukee hotel and gaming on 8th street and krome avenue. This is most likely 30 min from track, but maybe it helps. I know it is tough for the hotels. I am housing someone already for that reason. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!

How far is the Everglades hotel on 605 Kromes Ave. from the track?

Military veterans discount gets me $79/night there
