just my opinion. Sounds kinda scetchy to me. I just use air filter oil thats like 12.95 at my local dirt bike store, when i used to race we used it and now i use it on my rc and it will last me for many many many years.

It currently has a screwed up clutch bell, cause my mounts came loose in the main(My stupid neglect) It has seen alot of fuel, Byrons gen II, Sidwinder, Torco, and White Lightning, still motering on, race on the Weekend, no fuel run out, no oil, fires up on demand.
I agree, if you race alot you don't need it. I use it the most when I store my engines for the winter

See that is different. Storing for the winter or a long period of time I will use some ARO, but again I personally prefer the thinner variety.

As for air filters, you are correct that the thicker oils will attract more dust around the outside, but they will also better keep the fine dirt particles out. Solution to them loading up with dirt is to change your filter often. I use pre-oiled losi filters and change them often. Even the oil losi uses is a bit thin for an air filter oil IMO. And with that said, I would never put even that in my engine. Too thick.

I use SWAFF, But I came from MX, UNI and Rock are Fine, If you want to choke your mill down, on the flip side, you will always be running rich, thats a good thing..just not a fast thing.

What I do and this is just me, is I tear the mill down and coat everything then put back together and shrink wrap it so no air gets in good to go!

That is one of the ones I would personally consider "too thick". I don't know if it is safe on silicone filled cranks or not. If the silicone hasn't popped out of your ninjas yet, I would bet it is safe. Still wouldn't use it.
