Default need help with tuning

hey i just got back into nitro after having a bad experience the 1st time

my problem is that when i start it it has some wheelspin (off ground) then a few seconds later it gradually goes faster and faster

how do i fix this?

whenever i fire up any of my trucks i always let them idle for 15 - 20 seconds and let the engine warm up a little bit. that is probably why you are experiencing slow performance gains. try letting your engine idle before you start beating on it.

im not i just let it idle and it revs high high high by itself

its a wasp 26 btw

Richen up the low speed needle and apply the brakes. The clutch is slowly grabbing the clutchbell.... It's not really a bad thing, just put the car down and dial in a tiny bit of off-throttle drag brake.

oh and the idle screw how come after i unscrew it a bit the carb can open up way past its limits and even fall out? it can also turn losely
