Default rc8be build

hey guys got my build going for the rc8b3. have a couple dont know what im keeping or what not but heres my rolling chassis so far and spektrum receiver with vector 8 LRP motor/speed combo...

would like to hear some positive stories about the vector 8 lrp instead of the negative nancys please!!!

Still dont have the correct battery, what do you guys recommend? also, for servos should i just match whats in my gas rc8b?

Cant help you with the vector as I run a tekin setup with some 5s turnigys. I really like the turnigy batteries as they are cheap and offer great value. People have said great things about the gens ace batteris but they always seem to be out of stock.

As for servos I really like the xp ds1015. I think they are great and run them in my sc10 4x4 and rc8be. Super fast, plenty strong and offer good value. Others hae good luck with savoxs and of course the venerable 7955tg from hitec. I love snappy fast servos which is why I go with the xp. If your interested in the xp ace offers a ds1015 that is identical for about the same price.

put mine together last week, currently has airtronics mx-sport (cheap ran out of fund money lol) tekin rx8/1900 kv buggy motor, jr speed servo (loving the .08 second speed) turnigy 4500 4s battery
