Default Atsushi Hara Twister ESC

I know some of you already brought the esc, I was wondering how is the stock setting on the ESC to run with a stock motor? Or do I have to purchase the setting adapter to adjust the frequency? I still can't find this speedo anywhere, yes I know its a rebadged VFS-2000. I still want the twister.

try horizon hobbies... $177 + shipping

you can down load the PC software...and fabricate a cable for cheap... you'll have to look for it on the VFS-2000 thread

i dont know the exact frequency for it.. but its stage 17..there are 32 stages total available for the 32 steps.

stage 1 being the most punch and stage 32 being the most efficient.

ive been dabbling with Robert from Ko..and trying different settings when we race at socal (its a tight technical asphalt indoor track here in so cal.) and he usually sets the first initial steps between stages 9-12.. while i have mine at 7-9...

if your racing in a tighter track where the person who gets out of the corner first matters, i highly suggest getting the adapter. if not, you can pretty much live with the stock settings for now.

adding the capacitors to the esc and the hyperbooster will help compensate for the lack of the punch since you dont have an adapter.
