Anybody heard from Dialed lately?

I placed an order over 2 full weeks ago and haven't heard anything back...

I've even called and left messages on the number listed on the site.

Lemme know if you've ordered anything direct from Dialed lately and had any problems...

Well as of yet I hadn't tried E-mailing.... Just calling and leaving messages on voicemail.

I think though that the number I'm using from the website may be Chads old number... I know it used to be a partnership between to guys and that split up.

Eh well... I just shot an E-mail off... Maybe that'll help.

I've ordered from Dialed several times before and have NEVER had this problem...

I just went back and looked though... I placed my order on the 25th of March. As of yet I haven't heard a single thing back from them. No order confirmation or anything.

I received a new bag from them about two weeks ago and it took sometime. They also told me the 1/8 buggy bags were about a six week back order.

I'd also order a 1/8 buggy bad about a month ago (16. Mars) and have not received anything yet. They have not responded to my email request regarding the shipment. I hope it is down to what is mentioned above, that the bags are out of stock, and that there is not a problem with the shipment and/or the company.

I wouldn't hesitate. They may be backed-up or have something on back order, but they aren't going anywhere. You will get the stuff...

I have one buggy bag I ordered last year and I am really happy with it.

I wouldn't worry one bit.I actually just spoke to Greg this morning for more product for me.i do know he is very busy and also he does race to and we are in the middle of the season.

If anybody needs to get ahold of me all you need to do is email me at
[email protected] and we will get back to you. We do shipping on Tuesday and Thursday's and custom orders take about a week. We had a problem on our embroidery machine with new software we upgraded and it didn't work, we had to wait for a tech so we got backed up on names. We now have it fixed and all orders were shipped that were backed up unless back orders. Our fluid bags are back in stock and back orders were shipped last Thursday. We are working on some new projects to be released later this year. Thanks all for the kind words, been very busy. David I think my wife talked to you on the 14th about the bag issue and bag should be there by now.
The buggy 1/8 car carrying bag (DIL1001) is on back order and will be back in stock in 3 weeks when they arrive all bags will be packaged in order of time order was recieved. If you ordered one you should have been notified and your name added to the list.

I make an order for 3 1/8 truggy bag on the 31th of jan this and up to 2 months and never receive my item. Always email them and they took some time to reply. always tell me that my item is on the way and i should receive it very soon. i contacted paypal on march and finally got my refund back.
Will never order from them again. Wasting all my time.

I purchased a hoody at the RCX show in Pomona CA march they told me that the hoody was out of stock so it would take 2 weeks i emailed them and no response it's been it's been over a month now I will email again
