Not nick picking is any way, but dimensions are a factor in the 6 as its tight (pardon the pun

yes. just update the box software.
I run a vtx10 (44g or somehting). chopped the caps (black caps) off and put a hobbywing 4x capset alongside. fits fine. the older ones with silver short caps will fit under fine. Have a couple of BE's (56g) sitting there but never tried to fit it.
VTX10R is a bit heavy (75 for be. orange was 80-something?), but lighter than the hobbywing (93, stock is 40 or something). BE non-R are heavier than the oranges, but they have larger caps. Go figure.
IIRC the VTX1 is the lightest...

No I dont have the stock spec. Its the regular red v3 which sells for around 167 shipped from falcon. I did not go for the v3.1. The spec on the falcon site is wrong its not 93 grams at all .
Check this out on amain its similar casing, maybe more FETS on the orion but 40ish grams

I've only heard good things about HW, but you know how it is, it wouldn't be as fun if it was easy Plus I'll have more range of HV servos to choose from.

Speed Passion and call it a day. Has built in switch and can handle HV servos. You can buy yourself tires with the money you save. You can never have too many of those.

Outdoor Season
Getting ready to head outdoors. We have our first race of our series indoor this Saturday and then it is outdoors until the final race in October which is back indoors. Have been running shorty pack for indoors. Considering running saddle packs or full pack for outdoors for addition weight due to less traction. Anybody have some thoughts on this.

Well finally back into an Rb6 I went full circle. Revisited the 22 and B4 and both left me wanting more so snatched up an Rb6 again. Now I'm looking for an easy mod setup to start working on. If anyone has one that I could try post up. Mainly clay tracks one dust normal tires are hb beams, ions, etc in ss or m4.

Just spent all night changing my car from rear motor to mid motor. Gonna race it on carpet this summer. Anyone have tips for setting a car up on carpet? I usually add camber to the front and rear, last year I had about 3 degrees. 5wt thicker oil in shocks. Used 30 degree kick up. And basically left everything else the same.
