The TC6.2 being a new improved plateform I am sure the car will be better suited for most track out of the box. Unfortunately at this point I am not quite sure what the kit setup will be but once the car is out there will be setups online for it, rick already has an outdoor setup and there will be 2 or 3 of my latest setup I ran at the last few races I need to send in this week.

on a good note, I can see a lot of part in stock on team associated website, heard only a few minor things missing to seal the boxes and ship them !

Looks like the tc6.2 is goin to have the same problem as the t4 14 with the front chassis breaking with a good hit?any thoughts?

I am not familiar with the T4 14 problem but there is nothing about the TC6.2 chassis that would make it more prone to breaking than the previous versions.

Although a good enough hit can break anything.

On the T4, people are running on some type of brace on top of the bumper to prevent it from bending upward in a crash. The TC6.2 bumper is no longer connected to the upper portion of the bulkhead like on the TC6.1. So that is why the assumption that the chassis will be prone to breaking.

I think he is referring to the bumper top brace not hitting the bulkheads, like the Xray T4.

Well... it looks like there is still a need for aftermarket parts for the new car. I finally have a new machine to cut carbon parts... Again!
If they were all perfect out of the box, we(AM fabricators)would have no business to speak of.

Local Hobbytown says they will be sent out this Friday..........Doubt it.
Do they make a carbon top plate for the bumper brace on a 6.1 that would work?
