Ride vs. HPI springs (sedan) differences?
Wondering specifically about HPI Silvers vs. Ride Red springs. Off the top of my head I think the rates are the same or very close and I know on some setup sheets they are regarded as "interchangeable" but are there any differences in feel between the two? Or is it simply a case of being wound in the same factory but labeled differently for the two companies?

Both are good springs. I prefer Ride's over the HPI's as I have noticed that the Rides seem to be more consistent and come matched better as a pair. Just my personal experience.

I use the Moorespeed springs, basically rebranded Ride springs
I was told Moorespeed Red is pretty close to HPI silver

Hara, MR33, vbc, Ride, Roche, all the same springs coming from the same spot.
They are replicas of the HPI Silver, and to me, very hard to tell apart on the car. They are the same diameter, length, wire dia, and coils, which in theory makes it the same. However I'd call them replicas, if not copies of the HPI silver. I personally have run them back to back and cannot really tell a difference.

You can also try Durango 3 Dot springs. We've extensively tested them back-to-back against the HPI springs, and even the top drivers cannot feel a difference.
Plus, you can actually buy them really easily!
