Okay, okay...I guess I can get more in depth...

Ran my RDX for an extended session today. The car was super stable, planted and smoooooth. Each small change I made to the car had a noticeable effect in the intended direction and I had no issues to speak of after running between 8-10 packs in succession.

The track was a little bit on the dusty side and only a few people have been on it so far this season, so I'm looking forward to next weekend when I'll be racing on a groomed track with the car.

BTW, I started with your (Jeff Brown's) setup from this season and made a few small changes from there. It really was good out of the box.

Is that better?

I picked up a second RDX to race outdoor asphalt during the summer. Whose setup should I start with for parking lot racing? I think they sweep it and hose it down with sugar water, but that's the extent of the preparation.

Assuming that you are talking about stock and/or 19T.

Check out HarshGuy's setup for Speedworld asphalt. You should find it on www.gearchart.com That's what I am starting with for all asphalt.

Bill - I couldn't find it there. Are you sure it's been uploaded?

Well that's because I had never loaed it on gearchart.com!!! ...it was linked on a thread on rcracing.com (the Speedworld 06 racing schedule thread ;-) ). I just uploaded it to gearchart.com ..although if you wait till tomorrow, I can upload what I ended up with after my first full day out at the track ...was a second off the fast pace from last weeks race, but I couldn't prep the track all I could do was blow it off because of the chance of rain, which it did for about 10 minutes ...should rock next week when I can prep the track properly :-)

Alrightee posted the setup I ended up with yesterday, went from high 17's with that "starting base setup" to mid 15's by the end of the day. Hopefully the weather co-operates this upcoming week and I will have another tune and test day on Friday with a "proof is in the pudding" race on Saturday

I wonder if someone have use the low roll center blocks(part 79121)
both front and rear on the tarmac.

Now i use them only in front, and i have very good steering respons!
But i feel the rear end come out too much when i turn into the corner
somethimes.

Can i get more grip at rear if i use the low blocks there also?
