This may go down as one of the dumber things I've ever done in the name of toy car racing... but I'm going to choose to be an optimist and make the 6+ hour drive down from Milwaukee despite the weather forecast for the weekend. I must be out of my mind.

I'll buzz by the track if I get there before 8pm this evening and check it out, otherwise, see you clowns bright (hopefully!) and early tomorrow morning!

I have to admitt. The electric cars look very cool on the TSRCAR track.
And this is coming from a nitro on-road guy. I believe this will be a fun weekend, hope everyone can make it. Monti and his wife have done a great job organizing this event.

Heading back down tomorrow. Better weather this time!

Holy smokes, rooms are scarce, and those that are available have the prices jacked way up. Staying nearly an hour away to get something reasonable! Some sort of music festival happening in town this weekend. Bummer.
