The reartoe can be adjusted by using off set 6.8mm A-arm balls they are an optional part.. form Alex they look like these (picture at bottom )

As far as caster..?? the only way it can be done is by shimming the A-arm balls...ALex also sells a shim set that comes in .5mm/.75mm/1mm.

Hi Dave,

Can you provide some build tips for the car for us newbies who will soon have R2's ?

I know about the sanding of the gears but are there any other building advice you might know of?

Are there any issues (minor or major) we should know about?

Any hop-up recommendations that will improve performance (although there probably won't be many) ?

Ooooh- Very nice Dave! Can't wait to get mine next week.
I haven't seen pics with roll bars yet- do they not exist and have you played with the roll center for the lower inner arms yet?

Best,
MIke

Hi Guys,

We'll also be bringing in the Purple color as well. So the two colors available right now are the Blue and Purple. Estimated date of arrival: March 14th!

Dave,

Is there a way you can make a carpet setup for the R2? I am interested in the car, but I don't have the kind of skill to set up a car right now. I just copy someone's setup and concentrate on driving. Thanks.

BTW. I just got an ITR powered EH/EG. It's quite insane.

How does the Cuda R2 deal with the grim that we get from racing on some less then perfect surfaces...tires dust and just the track itself can get all over the insides of our sedans...I know of the enclosed box that helps...but is the car able to handle a less than perfect racing surface for very long?

Great info on the 14th! Man better get my tools all layed out in wait to build a new kit!

I have about 2 setups for Carpet right now... but there at home in Japan... I can ask around.... give me a day or too and I'll see what I can come up with for you

BTW congrats' on the Civic!! ... Feels nice to have a car that weights 2150 and has about 195hp..

Just think of the car that I have with the amount of power I put to the ground!!
