Only problem I see that casuing is bearing nt seating deep enough. How would that cause an air leak? Did you confirm a leak there before You pulled the bearing?

I dd. I just put a new bearing in and its blowing bubbles between the shaft and the bearing.

The contact between bearing and case looks good.

Thought I did but i;m having a problem again getting fuel in the carb. Ive replaced the front bearing twice. No air leaks.

If you have tried everything else and it still not priming you either have a problem with your carb somewhere, or your case is cracked.

i agree with James. Take you lsn hand blow into the carb and see if you have sucked something up from your fuel or there is crack some where.

Replace fuel lines and tank, clean out the pipe nipple, make sure the engine is tight.....
