If a D07 Dynamics kit is announced then a D08 is on the way.

Why surprised? All the major brands are coming out with yearly updates these days. The D07 started surfacing around Sept/Oct, so don't be shocked to see that occur again this year.

Same for Xray, Yokomo and Tamiya no doubt as well.

I am kind of getting the impression that drivers are simply using the shock mounts from the Ghost, or ones by Raceberry and then using longer shocks - in addition they have a chassis that puts the weight back a bit.

The guys in the states are running the D07 a lot but if you check the pics of some of the European/Aussie racers it looks like the ghost Evo motor mount. Personally my car works great and I don't care what the pros are doing.

Hello!
fot me , car is more smooth and easy to drive.

Car is more stable on corner exit and on power.

It's really a big difference!

Anyone here tried out the Raceberry long front and rear shock towers, and which shocks did they use?

de agressive pack has the motor 1mm to the back (same as the raceberry last year).
It makes a big difference and recommend it a lot.

You dont need the raceberry towers ( can only use 1 screw on bulkhead).
If you want to use long shocks just order the gost towers an shocks.

some pro's are testing the gost.
1. it's nice promotion for the car.
2. using as a testbase for the d08 i think.

We did some testing with ghost shocks and shock towers this weekend. Track was low grip. The car was a bit more easy to drive and better on 5 minutes run. We gonna make more testing next weekend.
