I know this is a trader feedback area but I want to make some aware of a problem that I had with readytorunrc.com. I ordered some parts from him on Dec 13th. I had e-mailed him orignally about a foam tire deal and his specaial parts he has for the TC3. We agreed on what I wanted and he told me how much to pay. I sent a payment of $377 through paypal to him on Dec 13th. Everything was great and we were exchanging e-mails..which I will supply later. He said that he was going to send them out on Dec 16th or 17th. On Dec 16th I get a e-mail from him saying he lost a shippment of tires and that more was coming. He said that he would ship them on Dec 19th or 20th. i waited and on Dec 20th I emailed him saying that I was going out of town and I wanted to know the tracking number so that I could have my neighbor pick up the package. He asked for my Neighbors address to send the package too. During that time I found out that our neighbor was going to have to Feed our cat while going so I e-mailed him back saying to send them here becasue my neighbor had to come by anyways.

PROBLEM HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF

I get back in town and there is nothing. No e-mails or anything. I wait a while and I email him asking about the package and he does not repsond. I called him and told him that I want to cancel my order and he said that he was sending it out so I did not cancel. Finally 1 month later and now not able to file a complaint on paypal about him I e-mail him asking for a tracking number and if he ever sent the the Tires. I get a reply back saying here is your tracking number. That night I look it up and the tracking number is incomplete..meaning that there is not any information about the package and when it will arrive. I wait a day and I look again and see the same informaton. I call Fed ex and ask them about the package and they tell me that he printed the lable on Jan 6th but never dropped it off for shipping. Finally last night I e-mailed him to find out what is going on and he is yet to respond and I doubt he will.

Hi Mike I will be sending out your tires and parts on this thursday or
Friday. I had a tire shipment lost via UPS to me. I have more on the way
and will ship them to you asap through fedex. If you want more before I
ship just let me know buy Wed or thursday mourning latest. I will give you
a special deal this time only for $******pair for an order of 15 pairs or
more.

I contacted Fed Ex because the tracking number you gave me was showing funny things on their system. Shows that you printed it on the 6th of January but would not give me a estimated date of arrival. I talked to them and they said that you printed out the number but have not shipped it yet or have not dropped off the package yet to be shipped. Can you please let me know what is going on?

Mike find out his address, and make a call to their local police department and file a report.... remember anything over $250 is a felony, and I am assuming this is an out of state commerse thing so there are extra charges on top of it........ GOOD LUCK

Thanks for the tip. I know his address but I do not want to take this that far. This is a guys business and he is a very very well known racer. If the credit card doesn't get refunded then I have one more thing I can do... I just don't want to ruin this guys life. This may be a misundestanding but the friends that I have talked to said that I should let this be known about this business and so that there is a record of what is going on .
