Buy a used one from this forum. No sense sinking money into something that you have no intentions of keeping for ever. Pay an extra $60-80 for a completely hopped up platform; you will save a grip which you could use for tires. Make sure you have a class in your area for these scales like someone mentioned above or driving around your heighborhood can get really boring.

I am selling my electric Kyosho Mini inferno Half 8. I am selling the car with stock electronics and motor for $200. If you want the Mamba motor & ESC, I will sell it for $300, the mamba has been used twice, practically brand new. I have put over 120 bucks of hopups into this car. These are the hop-ups:

If you buy the mamba, i will aslo give a Hi-Tec micro servo, so you can use the mamba, because you will need it, for your regular reciever.
I will meet anywhere in Austin or Houston, Texas.
