Default JP-3 versus JP-6 pipe

Hey all,
For those of you who have experience with both of these pipes, which would you say provides the best top-end power?
Thanks,
Kane

I problem with that not all engines will react the same with each tune pipe out there.

Allow me to rephrase this: "If one uses the JP-3 and JP-6 on the same engine, which will yield more top-end?" I own both pipes but have yet to give the JP-3 a try and wanted some opinions.

if you own both of these pipes then why are you asking everyone? just try them out for yourself on your own engine. I personally wouldn't prefer to do my own testing rather than taking someone elses' word for it because my results would be with my motor, my climate, altitude and 50 other factors that affect nitro engine performance.

Given my schedule and my upcoming wedding, testing of these pipes back-to-back isn't feasible in the near future. I will be sure to avoid asking the very few questions I ever ask on this forum and only answer questions that racers may have from now on.
Thanks,
Kane

Thanks Scott. I just need some more top-end for the truggy. I have been running both a Max Power C5Q and Axe Rossi .25 in the truggy but both need a little more top-end. Or maybe I should just throw the OS Speed from my buggy in there.....lol.

I would throw the JP3 on personally. The JP6, if I'm correct, was designed to meet EFRA regulations on noise. This won't allow the engine to exhaust as well causing better mileage but not as much power. I'd stick with the JP3. I do agree with the guys here said, just now you have a reason why.

Thanks again Scott and that makes total sense.
