Shipping to CA?

Shipping to CA?
Anyone else had problems shipping to CA from Amain? I'm not sure if this is correct or not, but when I ordered all my stuff from there the other day, they charged something like $58 CA sales tax! Tower never did this? Am I just going to have to ship my orders home and have my dad send them to the base if I order from Amain?

Every online store should be charging sales tax for California.

There are no special charges to bring packages on base, that's why this surprised me.
