I *think* Bloomfield is running an MBX-7 FTW body, to give you an idea about the width.

Can't wait to get my hands on one...

I hope they made a tighter fitting fuel line for the tank. I hated having to swap it out every time I got a new tank.

Yeah the other car was a tad bit to nimble.......i had custom cut wide towers....to try n fix. I'm sure that new chassis took care of that

You guys should see the new body this will be one of the best looking cars in 2015 by far imo. And the batery box is awesome, it easily takes those huge 2500 mah orion lipo rx packs with room to spare for wires. Enough space this time, my biggest pet hate about the A8.
As also seen in the pics, the centre shafts are basically dead straight, and the screws on the bottom of the chassis are recessed/countersunk a small amount from flush so your screw heads dont get eaten away in 2 laps. There are so many smart and practical ideas on this new car there is still a few things that are not known though, not going into to much detail, the keen eyes will see it in the first pic under the pipe

Is it different than the body Darren is running?

Because that is an FTW body. Real common over here.

Here is a good look at one on my old car:
