Hey guys, need some help with picking a car. Looking at getting a ofna dm1 or the kyosho inferno gt2. What do you guys think is a all around better car. i will be looking at getting the RTR models????? Thanks for the help!!

my DM-1 been flawless to me so far only thing i did upgrade was the front shock tower to the stand up type but went back to the stock tower ..just work for me

How u guys set the shocks so low n short? Mine is a 1/8 buggy GT convert

I saw most if the 1/8 gt convert dun change. What can I change to? I m using a jammin x1 cr.

hmmm im taking a wild guess here i think the towers from max velocity should work and there is guy on here can custom make carbon fiber towers well i beleive is snrscion i have to look him up but if you check the dm-1 thread you can see his work

I emailed snrscion but no reply. I will try max velocity. But is the towers needed?

the towers should help ...you can also look on the GT Electic thread as well there alot of guys did the conversion hope this will help

We used the front shocks & tower on the rear. They bolt right on.

Well guys, just received an email from ALPHA RC Factory asking me to show you something.

This is the CAD projected ALPHA-R2 Body for 1/8th Scales GT Cars (DM1S, Buggy Transformed, etc ...) :














The body will be available mid november this year.

Alpha RC exclusive distributor for Continental USA (as we have already one for Puerto Rico) its selected and will be announced soon, distributor its building the first order so USA will have ALPHA RC very very soon ...
