How much are Race/ Practice Fees at Your Track?

The members section is separate from the other areas. They have cameras and there is always someone there monitoring. It's a no no to be in anyone other than your owns pit area.
Some of us actually have lockers too.
I have heard some other tracks in the nor cal area are going to have. Member option.

Tech Regular
$15 for the first class, $10 all others. Lil Coyote's(kids under ten years old) $10. Practice on race days included with race entry but if not racing $10 Wed thru Mon. Tuesday is $5 practice. Practice is from 10AM to 9PM except Sundays and race days which is 10 to 4. Racing starts at 4 on Sat and 5 on Wed and usually goes until 10:30 or so.

Entry fee at my local track is $12/$8/$5 and $7 all day practice.

From my exp. it is usually 10/5 for the tracks that are non-profit and around 10/8 or 15/10 for private tracks. I've seen money pay-back races be more however.

$10 per class, flat rate. Practice is free any time.

Well in Australia a "club" runs the track not a shop. The club is made up of any one who wants to join ($20 a year or so). You have to be a member of any australia club to race at a state or national title. The entire sport is run by volunteers. The club survive because they are on government land, so all outdoor in park areas, the race fees and membership pays the liability insurance and hires rollers/bobcats for working bees, again labour is volunteered by the racers.
So race fees are cheap, $10 first class $5 after that. State/nationals $50/40/30 plus control tire. $1 aus = $1 us
It's kind of like being part of a team, we have inter club events each year. So we all race at each others tracks and have a championship. It's a really good community here in the Sydney area at the moment.
But I would do anything to have something like west coast rc, you guys are so lucky in that regards.

$60 per year for all races and unlimited practice, track is outdoors and always open. You can rent a transponder for $5 with a deposit.
It is cheap because it is not ran by a hobby shop. The local rc aircraft club Prez has a rc airfield in his back yard (farm). This past summer they put up the track near the airfield because so many people owned a car. One local guy already owned a timing rig for running mini Z against other competition in an online league. So away we go.

at Emery park Rc in wichita kansas, we always have free practice. And the track is open to the public. Race fees are 15/10 for non members.
We have a neat membership platform.
With the exception of large trophy races:
$50 membership = $5 discount on race fees ( per class)
$100 membership = $10 discount on race fees ( per class)
$250 membership = free unlimited entries all year long.
Alot of guys who run 2 classes like the 250 membership. I haven't seen this format anywhere else. Its been a success at our track. And it really helps with the initial costs each year( rebuilding layout, new pipe, etc)

We end up paying 1200$ a year for unlimited and it still seems like a good deal. You are super dialed at 250$ a year.
