Fukuyama Batteries

Dan - you've got PM.
Wes - I understand your concern about the XRay and soldering the wires on the motor, but I've just gotten accustomed to soldering them on while the motor's out of the car. Not such a big deal anymore.
jkerr - HQ's? Am I missing something?
Rob

Albino2000 - Fukuyama has distributors in Europe. PM PeterCr here and he'll direct you to the website (sorry, I don't know it off the top of my head)
If not, than you can buy off of www.speedtechrc.com but they're located in California, USA and would have to pay a lot for shipping.
Hope this helps.

John is right.
I've done some batts orders for others over here in Europe in the past.
Not that I'm a official dealer/distributor though....
Let me know if I can help you out!
I want info on the HQ-packs too...
This weekend our indoor starts. Will be doing some races in Germany. I'll let you know how I did!
Regards,
Peter

Been running Fu... batteries for about 8 months now (and love them ) , just got another couple 1.176's in yesterday ...I have a question, I just picked up a pitbull X3 which has a "multiple rate charge mode" ...their website says this bout it:
My question is, has anyone used this kind of feature and if so what would you recommend for stock & 19 turn racing (that's all I race)?
Multiple rate charge mode to customize your charge profile by setting up to 3 different amp rates at selected points during a charge. Trickle charge at the beginning to stabilize the voltage if you dead short your packs. Lower the rate for the last part of the charge for a cooler final temp. or raise the rate for the last part of the charge for higher voltage and initial punch.

I do not see any advantage to that charge mode HarshGuy - Just set it at 5.0 amps to 6.5 amps and forget it. It might be benificial to NiCD cells, but not GP3300s. You want them warm at the end. Adjust peak detect based on final temp. You want them 125-140ºF when peaked
Hope this helps.
