trinity vs. odonnell fuel
#3
I would disagree. OD is not my favorite fuel but it is very good fuel. I wouldn't run Trinity for free.

Trinity is excellent fuel. Made by Wildcat and uses Klotz caster along with some synthetic.
Sidewinder- made by Morgan Fuels
Torco- made by Torco race fuels
Trinity- made by Wildcat
are my 3 favorites.
I don't like Odonnell, I cant tune it as well as the others, it smells bad, has mystery oil (probally a mystery for a reason). I like their plugs, go figure.

Any reason behind this statement? Ive been running Odonnell fuel for close to 4 years and never had an issue with it. Burns good, keeps temps in check, tunes well and is very consistent gallon to gallon. I can also say that Ive run it in all brands of motors, OS, RB, Trintiy, Nova and almost every engine had a good long life.

trinity platnum is a little lite on oil IMO, ~8 to 9% is cutting it close on lubercation
odonnell is good fuel, if you break you engine in with it and run it your engines can last a long time. i have had most engines go 10 to 15 gallons on odonnell.a little short on fuel milage though.
sidewinder worlds 10% oil, and TQ fuel are my favorite fuels, crisp tune, good runtimes, engine looks good internally.
Torco seems to be ok, but did get a bad case of it and REALLY messed up an engine. I tossed the Torco in the trash with the engine . More people here been running it, so they may of fixed it.But im not risking it again.
i cannot comment on byrons nor cold fusion because i have not run it, they look good and i have not heard nothing but good things about them.
Order of fuels, IMO
TQ Fuel

im suprised nobody has mentioned Nitrotane. i switched from 30% OD to 30% Nitrotane, and i had a 30 degree drop in temp just by switching the fuel.
and after about 5 gallons the internals look just as good as the day they went in. no rust, no oil stains, no carbon build up.

I've been racing for 10+ years. In that time I started off with blue thunder for about 4 months and switched to Odonnell for the last 11 years with ZERO issues!! It is truely some of the best stuff on the market. The way I see it is, If it ain't broke don't fix it......

i been using trinity monster 25% fuel for about 2 years and havnt had any problems with it did once in a blue moon have to tune the engine dued to the inconstent weather this summer , i know it used to be a puple color and i brought some last mouth and it was a o donnel color of fuel i though it was bad but it was fine but i am a bit warely of their fuel now since they dint metion that they changed the color or diffrent oil etc so i might try byrons fuel on my next gallon
