Just make it out of PVC pipe (1/2") and add your own fan. I make my own for less than $5.00 with out the fan.

TC3 foam car stand by Trinity - if you can find one, it is a great stand. I have the MM stand and it's kinda small for working on TC's.

Thanks for recommending the foam stands.unfortunatly they just dont appeal to me.

The much more stands ive been looking at are the buggy ones which are deeper than the touring car ones.

I would really like a blue tamiya one.here is the "but" again. I can only find the red ones?.

I have the Integy stand with the fan in it and like it very much. It's great for when you run your car with a little too much gear in it.

I have an old arcrylic folding one I think is from Racers Edge... Don't care for it, but it works for off road nicely... I have the nice one from Ofna with the pivoting top, comes anodized in many colors including Tamiya-ish blue... don't care for it. I only use it for building shocks. If you use it for building shocks and working on your car at the same time, if you spin your car, it will knock all the shocks off the stand.. I had a foam one, didn't care for it. I currently use my RPM pinion case most of the time, or if the car comes off the track a bit warm, I have a Trinity battery cooling stand. I know, it's foam, but for the times you need it...

I also like the short extruded aluminum ones. I have yet to run across one when I had a few spare nickels to rub together...

You are all thinking too hard. For on road cars, grab a 1 inch role of masking tape and use that!

Snowy.

The new HUDY one is nice, just picked one up. When they were showing them at the toy fair they were claiming these were "custom" and you could get your name engraved on the top. I contacted Hudy and asked how you go about getting one engraved and they never got back to me.

Default T.O.P. Racing car stand

Here's one from T.O.P.
Don't know why you would, but you can also mount it on the wall as a tool rack, and it has the shock holes

They come with rubber strips for the top and rubber feet for the bottom, and come in light blue, purple, red, black and gold.

JConcept stands come in 2 sizes one for low and tall. I dont have a pic of the low on wich is perfect for TC. The great thing about these is that you can paint them to match your ride.

Here's a couple of pics

The custom ones are actually now on the US Price List - you can have any HUDY dealer order part number 108150-C and give them your name. Unfortunately, the turnaround time would probably be pretty long.
