Telling someone that works for TEKIN what the product name is about. Thats pretty funny. Im sure he knows what the name means. Im not sure what it stands for, I just know it works. Good enough for me.

Yeap, my battery doctor is pretty awesome, it has defently helped the performance of my batteries. Plus other racers have liked the slim and simple design.

No, I wasnt saying like that man. I was saying Im sure he KNOWS why it is called that. Scooter KNOWS what he is talking about.

David - I TOTALLY agree with you on that one as well. It REALLY has helped my packs performance with the cycling I do of them.

I'm sure Scooter is knowledgeable, but it clearly states on the instructions that the led's cutoff at .07 not .08,and the name 8.0 is for the eight cell capacity, not a .08 cutoff.

I'm thinking about getting a g11pro and have a few questions:

1. Does it get hot(ie. need extra cooling or have any issues with overheating? when running touring car mod motors (7turns)?

2. Has anyone run it with a Spektrum system? Will it work without the need to add a power cap on the receiver?

3. Any feedback about the speedie running in on road touring cars (mod)?

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

1. I ran it using a 8x2 Cobalt for months and mine never got hot, This was both indoors and outdoors.

2. I use the G11 pro with a KO Helios and the Spektrum and do not use a cap and have not had any problems.

3. I run Touring cars and so far I like it alot

i will second the previous post -

i have only been running 19T with it, but i have absolutely loved it in my FK05. I run spektrum with a M8 and high end Airtronics servo and i haven't needed to use the power cap unlike my QC2

I've also only run it with stock and 19t and it runs the motors so cool that I can gear up an extra tooth or two. With my spektrum/M11 and Futaba 9550 servo, I haven't had any issues requiring a cap either.
