Default XXX-S to XXX-4 conversion

I just got a rolling XXX-S and want to convert it over to an XXX-4. Has anyone done this before? I don't know which parts I need to order, so if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

You are going to have to replace about 90% of the parts; diff covers, arms, CVD's, shock bodies/springs/shafts, towers, spindles, caster blocks, chassis, belt, tensioner, bumpers, bodies...I think only the steering assembly, shock pistons/cartridges and diff assemblies will carry over.

It's probably easier & more cost efficient to just buy a new XXX-4. They go for like $130 on here. I remember seeing someone from Eight Foot Tiger turn a XXX-S into a rally care though.

Wow, almost nothing carries over. I thought they were both built on the same platform and only stuff like arms, towers, etc had to be changed. Guess the old XXX-S will sit on the shelf as spare parts.
