Modified Class
1. Atsushi Hara(Cyclone)
2. Neils Koenekoop(Serpent S400)
3. Sang-joon Nam(Serpent S400)
4. Eungchan Kim(Yokomo BDM)
5. Kwang-sub Yang(Yokomo BDM)
6. Jung-woo Lee(Xray T2 007)
7. Yong Moon(Xray T2 007)
8. Chang-soo Shi(Team Losi XXX-S)
9. Hyun-ho Ahn(Serpent S400)
10. Ki-bon Koo(Xray T2 007)
I don't have the details. The KMRCA website has not been updated, and it has already been a week. Talk about lazy.
Anyway,
It was a clean win for Atsushi Hara from qualifiers to finals. Very excellent driving. Just amazing.
There was a strong battle between Neils Koenekoop and Sang-joon Nam for second place. But, in the end Neils won. Sang-joon Nam is a Korean Serpent SDD driver. He just got his car before the race. I think he did very well for someone who focuses on gas racing.
Fourth and fifth were 2 Korean Yokomo works drivers who came from Japan to participate in this event. Yokomo had good support for this event. They even sent their Japanese team manager with them. These 2 Koreans will be participating in the Ifmar offroad next month. I hope they do well.
Nothing to say about the rest as the group was divided by top five. The remaining five was way behind and was not able to catch up to the top 5 racers.
Brushless with 6 cells were the choice for the finals. Those running 5 cells previously changed to 6 cells for the finals.
Motors were all different ranging from 3.5~4.5.
The choice of the ESC was Quark SSB-MK03 made by S&T(Korean manufacturer).
Only one to use brushed was No.4 Eung-chan Kim.
That's it.
A small race from a small country.

Is it because I sit 6th place overall?
This is so funny cause I caught up Yang and Kim in First leg then I was t-boned by Yang which drops me behind them, ok there's no refree so there's no penalty.
But who's this guy? It's clear you don't like Muchmore?
But just think of who made Korean race like this big. Just think about for a sec. What really makes race is fun. It's not top five guys, it's because everyone who participated in and tires nice weather etc.
Let's be like hobby people not child.

It was pretty much a clean race until after the race when 2 guys made a complaint about Mr. Won's motor and solder.
Then, some guys from Muchmore steps in and checks Mr. Won's motor for 30 minutes. They even wanted to check this motor more thoroughly with their machine in their office. Anyway, they took their time, but were not able to find any faults.
Later, it was rumored that Muchmore deliberately did this in order to disqualify Mr. Won, so that the guy in second place could be made the winner. And the runner up was a Muchmore driver.
Due to the lack of organizer(Jinho Trading), Muchmore was making a scene, but did not intervene.
It was evident that the racers participating in this event thought that Muchmore was over reacting, but nobody really cared because they do this at every race they lose.

This is totally nonsense regarding motor checks.
Why do you make new story that didn't happen?
Race staffs did check all top positioned drivers motors after race, all precedure went pretty clear.
I don't understand why this guy blame Muchmore so badly.
VINCE, I AM SORRY MUCHMORE HAS NOT SPECIAL MACHINE THAT CAN FIND IF THE MOTOR IS LEGAL.
WHERE DID YOU GET THE INFO? Are you story maker??
The reason it took 30minutes for motor tech was one of staff checked wire thickness for top 3guys.
I''m so curious who you are.

The brushless motor Hara is using is interesting. Any idea where it's sourced? It's interesting that it's sensorless. And that's a Quark, right?
